The Citizens Association of Palm Beach hosted a panelist discussion where Brendan Lynch, President of Plastridge Insurance, discussed Flood Insurance shortcomings for Condo Unit Owners. Brendan advised condo owners to check with their building association before buying Flood Insurance for their units as there is a difference in claims payouts between the National Flood Insurance Plan (NFIP), and Private Insurance.
